PodBooster is a product from the Norwegian company Nattskiftet, a small business from the southern coastal city Kristiansand. You can contact us on mail@podbooster.io.

We’ll only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

We collect and store in our database:

  • Your Facebook user ID.
  • Your e-mail address.
  • Your podcast episode transcripts, and drafts.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties except when required to by law, or when absolutely necessary to provide our service.

The third-parties we share information with, and the information we share with them/they handle for us, are as follows:

    • Your e-mail address (as provided by you).
    • Your usage of PodBooster (for invoicing).

    • Podcast episode drafts.
    • Anonymous actions within PodBooster (user events).
  • Gladia: Podcast episode audio transcription.
    • Your podcast episode audio files.
  • AssemblyAI: Podcast episode audio transcription.
    • Your podcast episode audio files.
  • OpenAI: Artificial intelligence large language model.
    • Your podcast episode transcripts.
  • Crisp: Real-time helpdesk and communication platform.
    • Your name and e-mail address.
